Guidelines For Assistance 

1 - You must live in Barrington, Warren, East Providence or Bristol area.

2 - You must provide proof of your residence with a picture ID and a document         with your current address each time you visit Tap-in.

(A driver's license, utility bill, pay stub or lease is an acceptable document).

3 - You must provide us with the names and dates of birth of the dependents who   live with you as well as your phone number.

4 - Please keep your information up-to-date by informing us promptly of any             changes in your residence or phone number.
